All SprinterArmor products are designed and built in small batches at our shop.

  • Processing time: 1–5 business days

  • Shipping: Free shipping on all orders within the United States

  • Carriers: UPS 

  • Delivery time: Typically 3–4 business days after shipment

  • Tracking information is provided once your order ships

During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. Any extended lead times will be clearly noted on the product page.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled

  • Item must be returned in its original condition

  • All original hardware and packaging must be included

Installed, used, modified, or custom items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error

Warranty

Every SprinterArmor product includes a lifetime hassle-free warranty against manufacturing defects.

If a product fails due to materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it.

Warranty does not cover normal wear, improper installation, or misuse.
