Used Parts

WARRANTY

Sprinter Parts Pro guarantees that all used parts are in normal working condition at the time of sale.
All used parts are tested for proper operation before being sold.
Our policy provides that Sprinter Parts Pro will replace, free of charge, or issue credit at our discretion, for any used automotive parts that, under normal conditions of use and service, prove to be defective in material or workmanship. However, our policy does not cover any labor costs for removal, or damages resulting from delays, loss of use, service, or repair, including incidental or consequential damages—even if caused by negligence or other fault.

Excluded from our policy are performance or modified parts, as well as failures caused by misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper diagnosis, incorrect application, installation, operation, or vehicle condition.

Warranty replacements will be voided on certain types of parts, including but not limited to:

  • A/C Compressors / Alternators / Starters: Warranty replacement on A/C compressors, alternators, or starters will only be granted with proof of professional installation (e.g., a copy of the completed work order from a licensed/certified repair shop).
  • Remanufactured/Used Engines / Transmissions / Differentials: Warranty replacement for used or remanufactured engines, transmissions, rear/front differentials, and axles will only be granted with proof of professional installation (e.g., a copy of the completed work order from a licensed/certified repair shop). Please refer to the service contract and limited liability warranty on engines.
  • Power Steering Pumps & Racks: Warranty replacement on power steering pumps and rack assemblies will only be granted with proof of professional installation (e.g., a copy of the completed work order from a licensed/certified repair shop).
  • Brake Calipers: Squealing or squeaking of pads and/or warping of rotors are not valid warranty claims. Warranty replacement for brake components will only be granted with proof of professional installation (e.g., a copy of the completed work order from a licensed/certified repair shop).
  • Remanufactured/Coreable Items: Warranty coverage on remanufactured parts with core charges (e.g., starters, alternators, power steering pumps, etc.) is for replacement only. No refund or return of core units will be processed once the original core has been returned for credit.

RETURN POLICY

Sprinter Parts Pro will accept authorized returns on saleable merchandise purchased from us within 14 days of the invoice date. Authorization can be obtained by submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • All used parts must be in their unaltered, re-sellable condition and in the original packaging, along with the invoice.
  • All sales of used parts are final. Returns without a valid reason (e.g., defective, damaged, or broken parts) are subject to a 20% handling/restocking fee.
  • No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the invoice date.
  • Core charges are refundable if the appropriate core is returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If you received a part that is different from what was ordered, it is considered a fulfillment error by Sprinter Parts Pro. Please contact customer service to arrange for the correct part to be sent or to receive a full refund. Sprinter Parts Pro will cover return shipping costs in this case.
  • No cash/check refunds.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Body Parts and Cuts: These are non-refundable and sold AS-IS without any warranty, either expressed or implied.
  • Electrical Parts and Computers: These are sold AS-IS without any warranty, either expressed or implied.
  • Used/Remanufactured Engines, Transmissions, Differentials, and Steering Components: These items are non-refundable but may be exchanged for another component at the manager’s discretion.
  • Parts that have been installed, altered, broken, or damaged by the customer are non-refundable.
  • Used parts with markings removed or heat tabs melted: These parts are non-refundable.
  • Cores in non-rebuildable condition or cores that have not had fluids drained: These cores are non-refundable. No core refund will be issued after 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Items not authorized on the original RMA will not be accepted.

SHIPPING CLAIMS

Title and risk of loss, damage, or package shortage pass to the customer (the consignee) upon delivery of freight to the carrier. If a package or shipment appears damaged at the time of receipt, please note the condition of the container on the receipt, and have the driver sign the bill of lading to indicate the problem. You must file a formal claim with the carrier for any loss, damage, or package shortage.

All our shipments are insured with the shipper.
