Armrest Installation Guide
No-drill install using factory location on Sprinter 2019-2026
Install time: 3–10 minutes

Compatibility
- Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2019+ (VS30)
- All door trim styles: cargo, crew, passenger, camper
- Driver & Passenger side
Option 1 — Door Without the OEM Soft Pad (Flat Door Panel)
Included:
- Pre-installed automotive-grade double-sided tape
- Alcohol cleaning wipe
1 Clean the installation area
- Wipe the surface with the included alcohol pad
- Remove dust, oils, and dirt
- Allow to dry fully
2 Remove the tape backing
- Peel the red liner from the adhesive
- Avoid touching the tape
3 Position and press
- Align the armrest where your elbow naturally rests
- Press firmly for 20–30 seconds along entire base
- Tape reaches full strength after 24 hours
Temperature Tips
- Cold weather (<15°C / 60°F):
Warm the panel + adhesive with a heat gun or hair dryer before sticking - Very hot climates (Texas, Arizona) / heavy commercial use:
Tape alone may weaken over time → We recommend adding the self-tap screws for a permanent install - Open the armrest and tap into the bottom part, right through the door panel
Option 2 — Door With OEM Soft Pad Installed
1 Remove the OEM soft pad
- Start from a corner and pry slowly with a plastic trim tool
- Work evenly to avoid bending the panel
- If it's clip-mounted, apply a little more pressure until clips release
2 Clean the surface
- Remove leftover adhesive if present
- Use supplied alcohol wipe → let dry completely
3 Install SprinterArmor Armrest
- Follow Option 1 Steps 2–3
- (Peel liner → Align → Press firmly)
- The same cure time applies
Permanent Install Option (Recommended)
For hot climates and high-mileage commercial vans:
- Add 4 self-tapping screws through the bottom part of the armrest straight to the door panel
- They are fully hidden once installed
- Only snug torque — do not overtighten them
- This gives OEM-level strength and zero movement over time

You mention “self tapping screws”…were they supposed to be included? I’m thinking probably not, but I also did not have the mentioned alcohol wipe in my package?
