Received the armrest, seems like it’s of a good quality. Did notice in the instructions there was supposed to be alcohol swabs and self tapping screws which neither was provided.

Regarding the missing alcohol pad, you’re absolutely right. We had one batch go out where the pads were accidentally left out, and it looks like your order was part of that group. We’re sorry about that and can send one your way if needed.
As for the self‑tapping screws, our earlier shipments didn’t include them, but we recently started adding them based on customer requests. Your order was fulfilled right before that update, which is why they weren’t included.

I waited until after my round trip from South Texas to Las Vegas to write and honest review. First of all the shipping was fast, this was exactly what I needed for these kind of extended trips for the comfort of my elbow. I've tried several things and nothing beats the overall function of the SPRINTERARMOR door panel armrest. I ended up using both the double sided tape and added screws(not included) to hold the armrest and not be worried about an wobble in the future. I store my Leatherman, window/glass breaker and miscellaneous items in it. Definitely recommend the armrest!.
