Warranty

The driver side armrest is well designed and built. It takes the unused and uncomfortable door panel and turns it into a highly functional area. Love the interior storage too! Great product.
For Mercedes, a company known for luxury engineering, the van has some serious design flaws. The moron who designed the stock armrests on the doors should be fired and whatever professional credentials they have should be stripped. I can forgive them for getting the height wrong but how could it be a good idea to make them slanty?
Fortunately Sprinter Armor came to the rescue. I love my new armrests! I have not taken them on a long trip yet but I can already tell that I am going to love them even more after a few hours of driving. It is great to have my arm at a comfortable level so that I can steady the wheel without having to suspend my arm. The instructions were good and the armrests were installed in about 10 minutes. The hardest part was prying off the joke of a pad that Mercedes must have thought fixed their design error.

Great support for door side arm/shoulder especially for tall driver and/or with seat raised up for natural seating position. They seem to have found the sweet spot for the firmness of the padded top (not too hard or soft). Great for use with comfort package seats. I bought the Sprinter crew for road trips and the only issue I noticed was the stock (no oem pad) door side arm rest was too low leading to shoulder fatigue. Before adding the sprinter arm rest I wraped piece of styrofoam in a towel and perched it on top of MB arm rest with marginal success as it would fall off when I moved my arm. Attached Sprinter armor armrest with provided double sided tape. I dont expect a problem as there are only two if us that will drive my van. Should have bought both at once to save 30%. Just installed them. Frist short ride I forgot to take notice of the armrest, did I use it! Made sure to take notice of it next time and found I was using without even thinking about it. Armrest is made to be screwed to door panel with pre-drilled holes and provided screw if desired or attached with provided double sided tape for a no permanent no modification installation (if your van does not have OEM soft pad).
